Privacy-respecting measurement
Harmonance uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and improve the service. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalisation are disabled. We do not sell or rent personal data to advertisers, brokers, or data partners.
Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track, and the Harmonance analytics opt-out are honoured before Google Analytics loads. Harmonance also uses de-identified first-party product signals, such as a page being opened or a tone being played, with no identity attached and no cross-site following.
What the public site stores
Reading pages and playing previews needs no account and creates no profile. Your browser may keep purely local preferences, such as volume or the last tone you played. That storage never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time in your browser settings.
If you contact us or join an email list, we hold the address you gave us to reply or send what you asked for. Every email carries a working unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately.
Studio accounts
Studio is free and optional. If you sign up, we store your email address and the things you explicitly save: mixes, sessions, timers, and preferences. Authentication is handled by Supabase, our data processor, and content is served by Netlify; both process data only to run the service.
We never ask for health records, medical notes, payment details for the free tier, or personal documents. Do not share sensitive personal information in saved practice notes.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Deletion removes your email, saved mixes, sessions, and preferences from our systems.
To make any request, reply to any email we have sent you or write to us from the address on your Studio account, and we will act on it. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes to this page
If our data practice ever changes, this page is updated before the change takes effect. The principle does not change: open listening and your data under your control.
